You know you will feel better if you exercise each day, but you're not doing it.

(That’s ok!)

Sometimes that workout gets pushed from the morning, to the evening…and then until tomorrow.

You plan out your weekly workouts but you’re not doing them all.

You feel like you’re letting yourself down.

Your brain tells you that you need it, but it’s not getting done.


But can you commit to 5 minutes?


30 days to 30 minutes

30 to 30 is a simple program with slow progression.

Things don’t change over night.

Each day you will commit to movement. Whatever that looks like for you.

You will record how you feel before, and after the movement.

You start at 5 minutes of movement each day, for 5 days straight.

On the 6th day, we add one minute to total 6 minutes of movement.

Each day an additional minute is added.

At the end of the program you will have worked out every day for a month, and on the final day you will have done a 30 minute workout.

You will have a month long record of how activity makes you feel.

You do the activity on your own time, or get a few friends to join with you.

Your mood will increase.

Your energy will increase.

You will feel proud.

  4. Pick a start date - and put it in your calendar

  5. Edit your PDF with dates and activity length

    (We recommend starting with 5 days of 5 minutes, and progressing by one minutes until 30 minutes - but you can do whatever you think will work best for you!)

  6. There is editable space to reward yourself after 7 days of consecutive adherence. Fill this in with things that make you happy.

  7. OPTIONAL: We have a private facebook group that you will be invited to join. It’s a group of cyclists that share training tips.

  8. This program was designed with cycling in mind (but you can do any type of movement you think is fun and can sustain for up to 30 min)
